Qmetron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
5. Project Deliverables & Usage Rights
Usage rights for delivered visuals are defined in individual project agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Final assets are licensed for the client’s intended commercial use
Qmetron retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless restricted by NDA
Raw files or source assets are not included unless explicitly stated
